I've got one specific joker in Kino that can fish a specific card from your deck, in my experience, if you know what you're doing, it's already incredibly strong. Balatro's gameplay is largely about dealing with randomness. The less random the game becomes, the easier it becomes to deal with. So anything that lowers randomness that explicitly is inherently strong

That’s because I got the Exotic where it creates a negative copy of a random joker, and so I had like 75 negative blueprints, 5 negative chads that retrigger 5 times, 10 negative hanging chads that retrigger 11 times, 5 negative photographs that give 11x mult, and many other jokers.

I've also played Cardsauce and Balatro Lost Edition. I like Cardsauce because it adds Jojo stands as consumables and has Joker cards relating to either something from Vinny or Joel's streams. I like Lost Edition because it adds some fun new card types and it has a gun joker
