You will be losing detail when shrinking down from larger size either way, it also depends on what type of resampling is used when performing such a resize.

In addition, I'd recommend shrinking it down to just the 95x95, then crop to fit the card.

• Complexity
• Deck Warping
  At minumum, if it's retriggering more than one card, it's an uncommon. We've seen only one retrigger joker at common and it's clearly warping.
  You play with
• two enhancements (one of the strongest plus a pretty solid one)
• playing them together
• destroying (deck fixing)
  So i'd easily put it in Rare. No contest.

not that i'm aware of, but i believe it should be easy to create since you just have to edit the blind req formula
