Polterworx has been getting patches every few seconds and uses the dev version of smods, so it's hard to stay up to date on how to troubleshoot it. Does the install from the modpack and no other mods not just work?

I don't know how stable it is now, but you used to not really be able to comfortably combine PWX with mods that weren't in the mod pack
