actually it may not be that easy to guess so here's a quick recap
it spawns in the shop always eternal for 10$ and gives +50 chips, +20 mult and x3 mult all at once, however it also spawns an instrument that acts as a consumable that destroys one card of your choice. for every instrument that you don't use, cadence gets more enraged (you can use more than one at once) and if 3 instruments spawn, cadence gets enraged, destroying every card you play. however, you can just use one of the instruments to calm it down, which will destroy it entirely. while enraged, it doesn't do the previous buffs, and if you let 5 instruments collect cadence kills you and you game over

the only two things I coughed out for the jokerforge era of the mod are two incredibly simple additions being the joker Hammerspace Backpack which gives 3 extra joker slots and 3 extra consumable slots as well as the tarot card Forced Feminization which turns Jacks and Kings into Queens.
I am very proud of how the Forced Feminization tarot art came out.
(even if it is edited off a few different sprites)

I'm not qjire sure what you mean by this but I don't believe the order modules were loaded was touched from 0.8.0 and 0.9.0. If by joker order you mean collection order, that's just the order they are added to smods as far as I'm aware, and a change there is likely a smods bug

it's an interesting idea, but i feel like a significant proportion of crashes (at least that i've encountered) are from modded content passing bad arguments to vanilla functions, so the code preview would be useless anyway
