One of my installed mods seems to be causing a couple glitches, and I'm having trouble figuring out which.

The specific glitches I've noticed are:

1. Lucky cards always give their mult bonus
   and 2) Jokers that trigger at the end of a hand (such as Seltzer counting down its remaining uses) trigger twice each hand.

Are these known issues for a particular mod? I can post my modlist if helpful.
