I think mine is simple to understand with some experimenting and patience
In essence it's just
Create normal stones which give hyper mult and negative stones which scale this joker, use deimps to apply current hyper chips to all hands + hyper mult, use tarot to apply hyper chips to level of most played hand and trigger held deimoses, decrease operator per 2 stones held in hand at the end of round

It's my general take on every mod that spawned from Cryptid, honestly. The issue I have with most exotics and higher is that they're often strong enough that you don't really care what they say, you just win. It makes all of them kind of a flat gameplay pattern where choices disappear. I personally use them to separate parts of the effects that are too thematically separate. That way you know where to point your eyes. It can become a lot harder to parse text if it's all after another. With card effects, often times every worth is important enough to be there, so if players start glossing over text, you're making 'm miss information. Though there are other ways to organize long, complex effects too
