I had an idea for a chance based joker named Isaac, basically you get a random amount of charge at the end of every round, random value between 1-6 charges, you need atleast 6 to use it, and no, you can’t store up charge beyond 6. Lucky Rabbit had interesting ideas but none of the jokers felt good enough over the base game. And what decks were good weren't good in fun ways. The Silly Cards were interesting but oftentimes too niche, somewhere between Spectral and Tarot without the strengths of either.
In contrast, Goes Kino was so overwhelmingly complex and forced you to engage with it's mechanics at every turn. You couldn't go two seconds without seeing some Joker you've never seen before with a complex mechanic that you aren't even sure is good.

Overlapping common jokers are a general buzzkill, I find, when you play with multiple mods. Lots of conceptual overlap that kinda ends up blending together to bloat the shop. Collage changing stuff slightly is a great step

Like, maybe I could give opinions on general mechanics? Like the Batman Jokers felt pretty good. Same with the Star Wars ones (even if not all of them were "strong" they were at least cohesive)
I get the idea of Actor/Genre Synergy but percentage based stuff will only make it more complicated and maybe screw up math/cause crashes. I'd make it focus on flat increases.
I have 0 idea how Power worked, that shit was like, completely alien to me. I figured it was just "double the numbers on cards" but it definitely didn't do that.
Abduct felt really bad. Like, just unplayable.
The "reset and increase scaling" jokers just...were mediocre? Fine in early. Probably can stay as is. Maybe only cut half of the gained mult? Feels frustrating to just lose all progress and have to start over from total weakness again, easy to die.
Spells are interesting but I wish there was some easier way to predict/build around them. Maybe they cast a copy of the leftmost consumable instead?
Uh Blank Check felt really fucking powerful cause you can just infinity roll and get a good econ joker in the process and basically negate the downside.
the PotC jokers didn't feel cohesive at all? Feel like they should work better while together but not atm.

Didn't experiment much with a lot of the enhancements, they all seemed bad/hard to use.
