Obviously not. To say “inherently” is incorrect. There is nothing objective about the value of a work because value is perceived subjectively. To go on my own opinion about this, I find these mods to be very cool. I do not like Jokerforge, but it is not because of the users or the mods, but because I look at that dogshit UI and want to skin someone alive. So to see someone use the dumbass rule builder to make something is very cool. Especially if that thing seems high effort!

thst being said, i learned something quite important in my first year of illustration during university. it's almost never the medium, it's always the artist. you have to work within your limitations, and if you do, you can create something beautiful

as aikoyori said, the leveling field becomes equal once soneone who puts forward a higher quality jf mod that gameplay wise matches pre-existing mods in terms of pure fun
