alright at first I thought of trying to work on the two shaders that I thought I could use for the balatro modpack-thing I'm making which two of them: 1. Jpeg compression shader 2. The profency from Deltarune.

After months of trying to get it to work it finally did but somehow the offset thing was messed up in some way.

And as for the profency it manaaged to work after few hours but it had some problem as I try to give them a custom texture to replicate the same depths effect you see from deltarune and I even made custom texutres for it.

Well not sure if you want to take a look at the prophecy shader code as I tried to make sure that the repeating textures into it making look more like the prophecy's effect. as well as I plan to also make it so that it also goes outside the borders as the entire card is the effect.

as for the jpeg I only have the issue with the offsets.

as it meant to be like apply the jpeg effect on the joker image but since most of them are texture atlasses
