Also, to answer your question, Fool's Gambit up until version 0.2 used a joker, 'change of pace' to allow normal or 'alternate' cards to spawn. Due to the rarity of the joker and us wanting to ensure you could get your alternates early on, we manually 'injected' this joker into the first shop of the second ante, thus why that is there.
