I looked into the code for it a while back, but the way it works is by literally just forcing its position back to the left most position every frame update. To make a sticker like it, you'd need to make a bit of an awkward lovely patch. But I recommend just starting your mod with the jokers and art, there's a chance that if you hang around someone might find a shine and contribute!
