i think it encourages cycling through different hands without feeling as painful to build for as obelisk is (plus you can get its rewards just going back and forth between e.g. full house and flush house, since it takes away the consecutive aspect)

So at the moment you have a block of instructions, the equivalent of if you had a separate function in the file you're calling this from called NameOfFunction with the file contents inside
Then you slap on the second pair of brackets, which is actually only the first of the file-function you're calling, say NameOfFunction()
The extra layer of confusion is that said call brackets come after the assert function, but it's the same scenario as the last one - assert just returns the arguments if they're not nil, which means you have to call them manually here just as if you had SMODS.load)file(...)() or NameOfFunction()
