Because +4 to values is insanely weak on Sly Joker, and breaks the game on Vampire. Going from +50 to +54 chips if your hand contains a pair isn't going to matter. Going from x0.1 per scoring enhanced card to x4.1 is absolutely insane

If someone were to design joker-specific mechanics, I think they'd be better off writing it on a per joker base. If it's somewhat generically applied, it becomes a big issue for balance, so I don't care to provide it

I mean, it definitely can be. Cryptid's version is incredibly unbalanced. Kino's always only been multiplicative and while it's very strong, the fact that I've designed it to be conditional and controllable gives me a lot of options

The biggest problem with differentiating generically between chips and mult is that a lot of modded jokers don't inherently store if they're actually going to give chips or mult, and which values are relevant for those, and a lot of vanilla jokers just have a single value in extra that doesn't tell you what scoring type it gives

I did try and figure out if there was a good way for me to implement that, because it'd allow me to add more Bazaarlike designs, but making that generically applicable and the default is just a no go because it truly needs everything to be built from the ground up to be able to handle that
