there's "Thunderstore Mod Manager" and "R2Modman", which are effectively both the same thing and pull from the same website.
The ads and overwolf are on TMM, whereas R2Modman is just a standalone mod manager.

A lot, and I mean a lot of people don't realize that you can just get r2modman instead of thunderstore mod manager
