My take is generally that you'll find the right balance after playing with a card! I'd definitely lower those values, or increase the number of cards that need to be destroyed. Thing to keep in mind, though, is that card destruction is somewhat rare in vanilla, so bumping that up might feel bad unless you make it easier with jokers or consumables that enable it. Xchips and Xmult do the exact same thing to your score outside of incredibly niche modded situations, as well, so functionally, the joker scales even quicker, due to the different multiplications basically stacking
