Whenever you get an Abnormality Card, it'll have requirements that need you to clear rounds to reveal, with its' effects being active moment you get the card.
Certain cards will have "Active Effects", which will be explained with the second requirement.
Once all requirements are fulfilled, it'll be fully revealed for you for future runs so you know what you're looking for.
