Super tarot/spectral cards are upgraded versions of said types of cards, for example :

Sounds sick! But also a lot of work to create new copies for every consumable. There's 22 tarots, 12 planets, and 18 spectrals (or really 16 that you would be likely to have in your consumable slots since there's no way to get The Soul or Black Hole there normally).
