Patch crossmod is actually mildly inconvenient to make at the moment because you have to set up the sticker to have a 50/50 chance to apply the patch instead, and i'm not sure i can do that in a centralized way. i'm doing it for vanilla stickers with a lovely patch and our custom stickers by just doing it in the sticker's apply function

the one thing i can remember off the top of my head is that in terms of what jokers give, +1 mult is roughly equal to +7.5 chips

so like with even steven, he gives 4 mult while odd todd gives 31, which is (4 x 7.5) + 1

scaling xmult is never common, and cannot exceed X0.5 if rare-, X1.5 flat xmult has to be kinda niche. for anything else, compare w basegame and ask how balanced here
