Armor piercing rounds seem a tad bit underpowered, especially being one of the few damage items that give +mult instead of Xmult
Lensmaker glasses insta-win is pretty unbalanced, something like a 1/5 chance for Xmult might be a bit less extreme
Titanic Knurl can get really strong really fast, might want to consider +4 or some kind of diminishing return
Happiest Mask is broken, even limiting copies to Boss Blinds is really strong
Brittle Crown is broken, a 1.5x or 1/4 money would be good enough
Light Flux Pauldron maybe just +3 hand size

overall these Jokers are definitely on the strong side, but their faithfulness to the game and well-thought effects look pretty fun
