i mean think of it like this: as it is right now, you could play one card on your first hand of a round, and with the default handsize remove seven entire cards from the deck (more than an immolate!) and also gain 3.5x Mult. compare that to other legendaries like Yorick which takes a good while to setup for or Canio which while potentially scaling faster requires outside help to get stuff done, you get better than that plus a boatload of deckfixing
to be honest, if you just removed the xmult gain entirely it would still be incredibly powerful but much more in line with the vanilla legendary jokers (though if that's not what you're going for that's cool too lol)

alternatively if you wanted to keep it as deckfixing and scaling, you could adjust the deckfixing aspect to maybe remove less cards somehow

that's fair

it might be more interesting if it removed the cards you played on the first hand of a round, then gained like. 0.2x mult or smth
you'd gain 1x mult per round but only if you can play a five card hand, which as you remove more cards will be harder and harder. i think that'd be interesting
