Hi there. That link you replied to will let you download the latest stable version of steamodded, which you'll need to play newer mods. Once it's downloaded it needs to go in your mods folder and replace the old one (you can access this by click the "list of activated mods" part in the mdos menu in game). Once you've got the older open, delete the steamodded folder that is there and put the new one in.
