Oof, that's a hard one. I think they probably should destroy side decked jokers, too? Otherwise it'd be too easy to cheese, after all. I don't know if there's an easy alternative. Because my other suggestion would be that if you have empty joker slots, but side decked cards, it shouldn't be able to be used, or overflow and destroy additional cards from the sidedeck but that's hard to communicate and unintuitive, I suspect

I think there's some improvements generally, but this already works really well.
