Burn counters tick up and each counter increases the risk of a card self-destructing when it scores or triggers, freeze counters half the score-output of a card. Though I need to convert the score-manipulation mechanic from Kino for that first, and set it up so x and emult/chips values don't get halved to be lower than 1
