1. Jack reroll prices way up after 50 rerolls (can be made lower or higher)
2. You need Universal Collapse for any Ethereal fusion chain which can only be obtained from a secret consumable that also increases your ante
3. Most of the OP stuff can't appear in the shop anyways
   Optional: limit number of fusions per ante
