I'd like to make a new legendary joker based on a comedic character of some significance, but I can't think of what he'd do. I'm wanting to make Pseudolus, modelled particularly after the character from Something Funny Happened on the Way to the Forum and Zero Mostel's portrayal of the same. ( Although that character is very closely based on a character from ancient Roman comedy and the general archetype that the character represents has been around in comedy for millenia. )

Nope. Depending on how much you want, you might be able to do it without even needing to learn Lua thanks to Joker forge. But even if you need/want to, it's pretty easy and there's literally hundreds of people here who can probably help you.
