Dude, solution for this is much simplier that you think.

Adjust CardArea:align_cards() for main title card area, both patch or alter align function when this area is created works.
Use math to determine where to place cards in this card area depends on count.
If there's small amount, place them in some distance and close to center; when medium amount, spread between in cardarea; when large amount, heep card area width and place cards more tigh just like when you have a lot of jokers (which in practice doesn't needs to appear).

And title position is probably some changes to element aligning.

Is this that difficult? Also, players so lazy that they don't check mods settings at all, just install and go new run. 98% issue.
