I have two separate sets of notes for genre skip tags, apparently, each with a different design concept. The main thing is that they can only spawn if you have a joker of that genre, so they don't flood the pool. The difference is that one is more generic, while the other has a variation on an effect that always cares about the number of jokers you have with that genre. I like the concept of caring about the joker types you have, but it's definitely limiting design space. Trying to figure out if I should just let that go and make the design broader and just have some skip tags care
