I also think I might want to make it so stacks/charges are a more consistent mechanic. That'd really make setting up their localization easier. I think it'd also allow me to split them up generally into 'stack gaining description' box and 'stack uses' description box

well because there's only a mod_prob context, (rather than add_prob and mult_prob), modifying G.GAME.probabilities won't respect joker positioning like the other modifications you can do will
(tbf, if everything goes well, I would guestimate a month but Eremel can correct me if I'm wrong on that ETA)

Incredibly hacky proposal: we let oa6s do both, by letting it modify G.GAME.probabilites.normal and having it act upon the context. Then, in SMODS.get_probability_vars we divide probabilities.normal by 2^(number of oa6s jokers)
