I don't know if I love the idea of a card having a higher spawn rate just to synergize with an enhancement. Splash is a fun joker but if you're not doing a bubble-based build, then there's a chance that its increased rate is just annoyingly taking away chances to see other jokers you want

How many blinds you think is a fair amount for skipping in total to receive an effect of retriggering hearts? The joker is belongs to has retrigger hearts and rn I have if u skip a total of 5 blinds add 2 retriggers should I adjust or fair?

There’s 16 blinds skippable in game so 5/16 is 31% ish which seems fair to me if u get right away
