Cryptid's in a bit of a weird place at the moment relative to the latest Steamodded release, that might be the cause.
You can try deleting the 3 mods and installing the latest dev versions instead:

You grabbed them from the Releases, which is usually the recommended place to download mods from, but in this case Cryptid has jumped the gun and might need a newer version of Steamodded

I think the way it's designed results in you having to find the fun a bit, though. A lot of it is based on limiting yourself, or disabling specific content. There's a lot of clutter over some pretty fun ways to break the game

In part because the backseaters that love Cryptid tend to really want him to optimize, while he's at that point already winning by multiple e's. From what I've heard from Murphy, chat can get pretty terrible when playing Cryptid because people that wanna watch you play Cryptid want to see you play it in a specific way

Joker retriggers are probably a fine mechanic for a Cryptid-like mod, but Cryptid adds a lot of easy ways to stack retriggers in a way that just takes you to the calc-screen. The way it combines with the value raisers also isn't super intuitive, score-wise

I'm trying to figure out what one caused the issue so I can figure out which check marks to keep or not to make it not crash

Mind you, it's not a deck, just me scrolling through each deck. My last recollection was that at around a purple looking deck, something bounty?, was when it crashed on me.

Anyone mind helping me diagnose what to do or not to do?

I am also fairly certain I'm using an older version of cryptid but I don't remember what version number it is.

Also check out the pinned messages in this channel for a way to keep your vanilla and modded installations separate, so you don't have to delete things every time you want to swap

I think this is caused by the Handy mod folder being nested.
Make sure the Handy folder inside Mods contains a bunch of files and folders, not just a single folder by itself

Yep, it's because Steamodded will happily load nested files, but Lovely doesn't.
Most mods will just crash when their Steamodded parts are loaded but their Lovely parts haven't, but because Handy is entirely a Lovely mod and only supports Steamodded as a way to access the mod menu, it doesn't crash - it just doesn't work
