Is there a Balatro testing framework like the ones in Minecraft or Factorio? Mods like Pokermon, JoyousSpring and Kino all have the benefit of being based on stuff that uses existing art, so it does help with not needing to do art yourself, but even if you want to go more generic, there's probably interesting ways to get around it
