I couldnt tell exactly what they were asking but, if it was lovely/smods, and the mod list is missing, then it wasnt installed correctly. If it was a specific mod, then it being in the mod list would say yes/no. Replying "no" to that and telling someone who isnt that tech advanced to alt tab and look for a console window is heaps more effort.

Certain mods patch methods, and if an end is missing in a vanilla file, it is likely to do with mod conflicts. They try to patch the same bit of code, but it isnt the same as it would be in vanilla, so it just mutates it incorrectly

then make a new run, spawn certificate in, start the blind, see if it's still broken
repeat until you find the mod that broke it or whether it's broken even with all mods disabled (except debugplus)
