Hello, I am in need of some assistance regarding the Cryptid Mod

I've followed the guides, and I got to the point where I have the "Version.dll" file extracted into the balatro folder. The guide then tells me to run the game and that a command line should appear. It never does, the game just immediately closes and then the DLL vanishes from the folder.
