So what I think is happening is that DMM has downloaded and installed the mods into your old user folder at micha.DESKTOP, but Balatro is trying to load mods from a different location, which is whatever %AppData% currently points to. That's probably the new user you mentioned using your real name.

First restart the pc, login again and see if DMM still shows it using that old micha.DESKTOP directory

If it's still the same, then you'll have to manually copy the Mods folder from
C:\Users\micha.DESKTOP-HEAJQFF.000\AppData\Roaming\Balatro\Mods
to
C:\Users\<your_current_username_here>\AppData\Roaming\Balatro\Mods

I had a very similar issue recently with the six suits mod and cryptid (specifically converting one of the modded suits into one of the base suits via code cards); you gotta be carful when converting modded suits in some fashions as they don't (likely) have any sort of hook for the conversion, resulting in what happened to you.
