The design philosophy in this mod is that Corrupted Jokers are similar in power to vanilla Jokers and are meant to expose brand new synergies with existing Jokers that weren't possible with their counterparts, as well as just have generally "out there" effects that have a lot of options attached to them (such as if it's even worth corrupting the Joker at all)
