I got "achievements disabled" in my profile after using a few mods (Cryptid, Jen's Almanac and whatever comes with those, mainly). from what I've read it's because they use "unlock all", even though I had unlocked everything in vanilla before installing mods. However I activated "bypass restrictions" for achievements in mod config, and it worked for the achievement for doing all challenges, however I just finished C++ and didn't get the achievement. Any thoughts on how to get it?

I would switch the images for Intelligence and Wisdom, make Intelligence give per-Card Chips, make Wisdom give per-Hand Mult, and make Charisma give smaller pack size on negatives and extra choices on positives.
I would also make ALL the rolls -3 to +3 EXCEPT Intelligence, since chips don't have as great an effect on score.

There's a Joker in a mod called Big Bang that does this, it's called collapse. It does a lot of other things too, but it strips one rank from every non-ace card.

My worry with Charisma is based in Cryptid, in which the game can softlock if you get bad numbers that reduce the number of cards in a pack to less than your choices. For some reason, opening a pack with NO cards in it doesn't let you skip the pack sometimes.

I don't think you're comprehending it correctly. Granted, this is me explaining how I understood something, so I could be incorrect.
The Wisdom check is rolled at the beginning of the round. That Wisdom score applies WITHOUT SCALING to every card, adding up to 3 or removing up to 3 Mult from total Mult every card that is scored (like the suit jokers).
What you seem to be understanding is that it adds or removes Mult from the JOKER based on cards or hands played, which I don't think was the intention.
