So honestly I came up with this effect before choosing what to reference, I went with this because while stuttering might first make someone think "repetition", it can also mean "saying a lot of things that aren't the proper words you're wanting to say", where the point of the gimmick is that you can play a lot of cards but can't sort through your deck and as such are most likely playing a lot of cards you otherwise wouldn't want to play.

Though there's probably a better name & reference for the mechanic. If I come up with one I can always reuse this sprite for another mechanic and go the more obvious route of retriggering cards.
