It's not really a bug of the game persay, so I'm not using bug-reports, but;

The other day, I removed my mods to play vanilla again, but after winning a red stake game, I somehow got the achievements High Stake and Completionist++ out of nowhere, when all I had was Completionist...

Is this a known problem? If I use an external tool to remove the achievements, will I get in trouble somehow?

I think this is because the game uses fixed thresholds on the amount of joker stickers (and numbering of stakes), so it's a known issue but we can't really do much about it

you should be fine to remove achievements with an external tool

the only way around it would be either not loading into modded profiles at all in vanilla (you should keep your profiles separate anyways) or to just keep steamodded enabled and disable the rest of your mods
