The installation is finicky because everything is updated so often

it's in the folder called 1, 2, or 3 (depending on what profile you have selected)

the folders are named after the profile names
by default your first profile will be just called "1"

Well, with the context before and after I assumed they were implying it works with 1.0 but they were using the 0.9.8 version despite updating Steamodded
Naturally the other person could’ve been wrong or misunderstood
i don't think deck creator uses like any of the smods api though so if you change all the inits and things like that i think it'd work
yk rule 5 makes perfect sense but its pretty annoying for stuff like this cause i'm gonna see if i can change all smods stuff in deck creator to 1.0 but i can't post even if it works lol

iirc the point of deck creator has been providing a UI for making decks, but its loading system for these is a deck API of its own

it's just that the game isn't consistent with the order it uses the suits in
so in order to preserve both vanilla RNG and vanilla visuals, I sometimes need to use the suit list in reverse
so if i just want vanilla visuals i don't need it to be reversed? meaning i can replace the 2 mentions with SMODS.Suit.obj_buffer?

Double Scale - scaling jokers scale quadratically

Negative Joker (x2) - +3 Joker Slots
Crooked Joker (x2) - Double added Joker or destroys it and gains $1
and the deck I'm using gives every card a seal, so there's many purple seals
the more people report bugs back to me, the faster it can be stable

On Misprint, since the background is white, it’s naturally highlighted
from my experience, making the deck some random viable deck color works well in situations where something physical is happening to the art (like a misprint), so you could try that if you wanted ("viable" as in not too close to the white, not too close to any existing deck color, but close enough to the balatro palette to feel like its from it)
