I know for my speedrun mod there’s another ID and I use something like ankh_speedrun_time now

(Not for RNG but for something else that uses string IDs)

So the only way there would be issues with linked RNG would be if someone used your code as a reference and didn’t change the ID (which happened to me lol, and made those two mods incompatible until I fixed it)
