The most powerful are straights and 4oak. But imo flushes are underrated af for jokerless. +2 mult scaling + steel can certainly be enough to get you 100K and flushes are significantly more consistent than any of the other choices. You can certainly land 2 flushes with a little deckfixing

-Several scaling jokers scale off of hands/blinds played. Less of either may risk the value of those slots.
-Very very many income jokers generate income within blinds.
-deckfixing with tarots/jokers mid blind (eg trading card, death)
-Blue+purple seals (and lucky cards) generate value or money.

Score is score. Income can be the biggest consideration though; especially if you create a setup that can be very lucrative within a blind.
Winning before you fully milk value from anything means you see less of your shops.

TLDR:
you often can get much more than (2x remaining hands) in value from a blind, which is usually just 4 gold.
