everyone ever uses qwerty so i'd be slower on every other keyboard
and keyboard shortcuts get messed up (Ctrl + x/c/v, for example, are all right next to eachother and do similar things on purpose. dvorak would mess that up really badly)

not usually much reason to play two pair / high card if you're setup to play pair

and then straight scaling is pretty good, consistency is helped with some deckfixing and with util jokers like shortcut and four fingers

so for your fish situation, pairs/high card make it mostly a non-issue

straights are a little harder to get going with vagabond tarot printing. they have less useful tarots to benefit from and good enhancements are harder to make more of without inflating too much of one rank. generally oak builds have a better time to fix with more tarots to work with on average and to duplicate
