lobotomy is colloquial, to be more rigid, we're talking about strategies that do not vary much based on draw/cards remaining, and that take little thinking to play

it just so happens most of the time that's pair/hc

one game I needed + mult and only got it ante 6 and it still get like + 30 by final boss
