yeah a lot of them (especially cruelty/golden needle) give you much less resources for playing blinds so skipping is much more valuable in comparison. You do have to get more lucky in that you are reliant on rolling good skips and you have less shops to see good jokers/consumables

i'm skipping a lot because A. The Challenge is easy or B. The Challenge makes playing the blinds harder than skipping. Like adding stone cards, debuffing cards, all cards glass 100% chance to break, etc.
