As for actual advice, abuse the draw consistency on it. Seals/Enhancements you add are much easier to find, straights are easier to make (esp if you thin the deck even more), and having a thinned deck like that makes a lot of already good cards even better (even tho it turns face jokers into bricks without Parei or added cards)
