generally, repeating xmults are a bit hard to build into, but they have the highest potential in terms of score

but if you want tips on what to look out for id say:
baron: high card- get steel cards, look for mime
idol: flush 5- get your deck to contain only 1 type of card (rank & suit), depending on that card look for sock&buskin or hack
bloodstone: flush 5- get as many hearts as possible, look for oops! all 6s and sock&buskin or hack
if you get lucky, triboulet is cool as well
