jokers that scale based on hands played aren't as good on black deck for obvious reasons, look for alternative sources for scaling like red card, castle, even flash card if you have the reroll vouchers
economy is EXTREMELY important because -1 hand = -1 dollar per round
burglar is INSANELY POWERFUL on black deck as it doubles your hands
since you have +1 joker slot but -1 hand to meet score requirements, focus on finding jokers that synergize with each other to compensate for the less scoring you'll get
