The default weights of jokers is 71-ish% in each shop with no vouchers at all. Due to tarot merchant and tarot tycoon, jokers show up less because the weight of tarots is higher, meaning theres a higher chance for a tarot to take the spot instead

If I have bought 4x Planets and 4x Tarots then will the Yth spot be much further than before?
