But tbh I think it's fine, x4 Mult is a lot to have right off the bat and it needs a requirement, you just have to be strategic about when to use it.

you can build for it, it's hard and annoying and definitely could use some balancing but it's useable

mr. bones is at least a one-off x4 that you can guarantee will work when you need it to. loyalty card will almost never proc when you actually require it to get past a boss blind or smth
