That depends on what this tier list is measuring. Ante 8 runs, ante 8 speedruns, ante 39, and trying for Nan-inf are all ways to play Balatro that have some commonalities, but they still require different playstyles that result in needing different jokers.

That said for all those, I need to know why Perkeo is only “pretty good” instead of “HEAT.”

The catch with Perkeo is the same catch with Brainstorm and Blueprint: it’s only as good as the card it’s copying. That means it has the same floor and ceiling as the other copy jokers, but it depends on the consumables found instead of other jokers. I feel like that should bump him up because even the worst consumables are $4 extra from selling the negative copies, and money, even small increments, can make or break an ante 8 run. That’s why I think Perkeo’s heat.
